Dennis and Tony Hardley are often called upon to undertake photography at the Isle of Eriska hotel and Spa.The hotel is situated on its own island amidst spectacular west coast scenery.This time it was food and we were looking for something very artistic to the eye of the camera. The image shows the first stage in the preparation of a sweet which in itself looks great so I took the shot there and then.It actually looks like my signature sort of !Dennis!!
